Polen Surfboards designs and builds surfboards and surf-related products. Our website lets you view our products and place orders online.

2. Using Our Website

3. Our Products

• All surfboards are handmade, so small differences in color, finish, or dimensions can happen

These natural variations are normal and not defects.

4. Placing an Order

When you place an order:

• You are making an offer to buy

• The order is confirmed only once we accept it and receive payment

We can refuse or cancel an order if there’s a pricing error, stock issue, or suspected misuse.

5. Custom Surfboards

Custom boards are made specifically for you.

Because of this:

• Custom orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once production has started

• You are responsible for approving all design details

• Small shaping or cosmetic differences are part of the handmade process

This follows EU consumer law rules for personalised goods.

6. Prices & Payment

• Prices are shown in EUR (€) unless stated otherwise

• VAT is included where required

• Payment must be completed before production or shipping

We may update prices at any time, but this will not affect confirmed orders.

7. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees

• Delays may happen due to production, shipping carriers, or weather

Once the product is delivered, responsibility passes to you.

8. Your EU Right of Withdrawal

Stock Boards & Merchandise

If you live in the EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery, as long as:

• The item is unused

• It is returned in original condition

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the product is faulty.

Custom Boards

The 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to custom-made surfboards.

9. Returns & Faulty Products

If a product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect:

• Contact us as soon as possible

• We may repair, replace, or refund the product

This does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Pressure dents or heel marks

• Damage from misuse, travel, or airlines

Your statutory EU consumer rights always apply.

10. Safety & Liability

Surfing is a dangerous activity.

To the maximum extent allowed by EU law:

• Polen Surfboards is not responsible for injuries or damages caused by misuse

• You use our products at your own risk

Nothing in these Terms limits your legal consumer rights.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (logos, designs, photos, text) belongs to Polen Surfboards.
You may not copy or use it without written permission.
